This air con is a huge improvement on the last. I am very happy with it, it has not struggled at all with the few really hot days we've had and it has kept the entire house at a manageable temperature. Which is nice.

I have found an extremely responsive, polite and professional approach at all times, often with sound, proactive and experienced advice issued after preventative maintenance has been carried out. We have used John Dickson for over 30 years. John Dickson has looked after all our refrigeration needs over the years. These have ranged from individual units for our motel rooms to ducted units for our restaurant & residences. More recently they have also installed major industrial units in our commercial office developments.

They are the leader in service and when you need them they are their. It would be an understatement to say refrigeration and air-conditioning is critical in the hospitality industry. So by using GV Trade Group is like having an extra insurance policy on our equipment. I would recommend them most highly.

Hi, John, It would be remiss of me not to comment on the efficiency of your business in installing the new evaporative cooler to my son's house late last year.

On the Monday before installation date (20th December), I rang you to suggest that the installation be rescheduled to the New Year.  This was because the temperature in Shepparton was predicted to reach 46 degrees on that date.  You assured me that it would be installed, as scheduled.  Your professional installers turned up at 6:00am (as you said they would) and finished the job around midday.  The evaporative cooler was working beautifully for the afternoon heatwave. 

We had a minor problem with our Dometic 3-way refrigerator in our caravan (we are travelling full time). The fridge was still working ok but some of the lights were not functioning and it was still under warranty. A couple of Dometic Service Centres in the area but after having trouble with one I got on to Dicksons who were fantastic to deal with and had it fixed as soon as possible having regard for the Covid 19 issues and associated supply problems. Special mention to Hayden, Beryl and Dillon who were all great.

I wanted to provide some positive feedback to John Dickson and the team at GV Trade Group,,  Luke repaired my refrigerator today, a competent technician and a nice young man taking the time to explain the problem and remedy and sourcing parts.
